    Dane was the best salesman I've ever dealt with. Originally I was not ready for the purchase. He did not get upset, no pestering or haggling. Two months later, I came back and he picked up from where we left off with no issues. He made sure my car was ready quickly, and even took some last minute grill-guard and compartment protection install requests. I was in and out with everything I wanted, and more, quickly. No pressure applied, simply a great experience with Dane. He felt more of a guide than a salesman. The other salesmen stopped by to discuss my experience and the build I was buying making me feel less like a dealership and instead like a car meet (coffee included). I got the out the door price immediately before arriving and cashed out with over 10% off. No extra last minute fees. If you are interested in a Corvette, Ciocca is the way to go. I droves 12 hours round trip and every minute was worth it. You won't beat the price or professionalism.

    I was very happy with the sales experience, except that I had to bring the car back for detailing because it was too late in the day when I bought it. It turned out there's an issue with a camera looking shaded so I can't see and it needs to be fixed. I brought the car in, ubered home, and left it for the day. When I went back to get it, it still wasn't fixed and they didn't have any appointments the next day (for me to bring it back in again/uber again). I wasn't happy spending 95 thousand dollars and then having to uber back and forth to drop it off and go get it and then it still isn't ready for me. I'm grateful that someone is going to help us and get the car back in and fix the issue, but I expected better care after such a large purchase. I bought the car on May 30th and it's June 3rd and it's still not fixed. Brand new car.

    Ciocca Corvette did a great job in managing my 2026 Corvette Stingray order. However, GM did a terrible job in communicating status and availability of the options I ordered. My original order, which included the electrochromic roof, was accepted by GM on 9/24/25 and was a status 3000 which, to my understanding meant it was also accepted by Production Control and was awaiting to be built. The car never got built b\c of issues with the electrochromic roof option and not once, did GM reach out and advise me or Ciocca of those issues. My order sat at status 300 for over 2 months and then was reset to status 2000 and again, GM said nothing. I had to reach to Ciocca to ask them to escalate the issues with my order and eventually had to drop the roof option and a few other carbon fiber options that were available at the time I placed the order but had now (It's January 2026) been put on constraint. I finally picked up my car on 5/8/26, seven and 1/2 months after placing the order that was accepted two days after it was placed. I would not have minded waiting so long if GM had just been up front about what was going on. Why was my order with the chromatic roof accepted in September 2025 only to learn in January 2026 that the option was completely removed from the Chevy Corvette build configurator? When GM knew they had quality issues with that roof option, why didn't they contact dealerships with accepted orders that included that option? I will be truly surprised if anyone from GM ever answers my questions or gets back to me and Ciocca and apologizes for their poor handling of this situation.
